* Extremes of heat or cold is a common for many sufferers. Hot showers, baths and even warm rooms can cause problems. Exposure to cold winds is also a trigger for many people.
* Food and drinks can induce Rosacea symptoms and these should be avoided when necessary. Common problem foods and drinks include spicy foods and dairy products. Hot drinks can also trigger a Rosacea reaction and some sufferers should also avoid alcohol.
* Tobacco products are stimulants and are not recommended. Smoking also damages blood vessels which may worsen symptoms.
* Take care of your skin and choose skin products carefully. Only very mild products without perfumes, colors, alcohol and other additives should be used on your face.
* Avoid stressful situations as this can trigger a Rosacea flare-up.
* Moderate, rather than hard exercise may be preferable.
